The food and service were as you as you will expect from the royal plaza . The food was superb.the ambience was good. Aman and Shubhi they both were polite and super and sweet made us feel very welcome . The service is top class and everyone is so welcoming and understanding. Pleasant stay . I had the most amazing. Outstanding service at all times. The hotel become our home base as we travelled to couple after attending a wedding at the hotel. It literally become a second home as we checked in and out with ease. Amazing spa treatment ask for Ganmey as she was superb. The restaurant Royal bistro had delicious complex kerala food. Amazing food with outstanding service. The staff were always gracious professional and efficient. Front desk Aman Gursawak excellent👍 Definitely a hotel at its finest. This hotel and the way we were treated was truly extraordinary. The level of consistent excellent service has not been experienced by us anywhere before. Special mention to Aman thank you so much Who looked after our every need. Besh wishes .
